Fee Assessment Procedures
ADACCC’s goal is to assist every participant in completing their program. Any participant, who is unable to pay the standardized payment schedule, may request a financial fee assessment to determine a modified payment schedule.
ADACCC’s goal is to assist each participant to complete their program. During the intake each participant is explained the rules and regulations for program dismissal. During the program and during individual counseling sessions each client is provided with a status of their program and any issues that may result in dismissal from the program. If a participant is dismissed from the program they are directed to the court and/or DMV for program non-compliance. Participants are requested to obtain necessary paper work from the court and/or DMV to be reinstated in the program and to receive credit for fees paid and to obtain credit for program activities they have completed.
DMV/Court enrollment notification procedure
At the time of enrollment ADACCC electronically notifies DMV of a participant’s enrollment.

At the time of completion ADACCC electronically notifies DMV of a participant’s enrollment.
The referring court will be mailed a proof of completion.
