Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council of Contra Costa

ADACCC is committed to providing the highest quality substance abuse programs in Contra Costa County for those who have been convicted by the court and ordered to attend a program. We service participants living in Contra Costa County and surrounding areas from a diverse background.

The administration staff and your assigned counselor are here to help you through this process. We are here to explain the program, help develop and/or modify your schedule to meet your needs, be available for individual counseling, and discuss and/or modify payment schedule.
